Description.
LVR DEVELOPMENT carried out the renovation of six apartments in Petralona, intended for short-term rentals, while also managing them. In collaboration with the architectural firm Izola Studio, we created spaces that respect the unique identity of old Athens, blending historical elements with modern enhancements.

Preserved & Highlighted Features:
Authentic mosaic floors, carefully restored to maintain the properties' retro charm.
Architectural details from old Athens, such as wooden frames and plaster decorations, which were accentuated with a contemporary aesthetic.
Natural materials and color tones inspired by the Athenian landscape, enhancing the unique atmosphere of Petralona.

Work & Results:
Redesign of the layouts for improved functionality while maintaining the original character.
Complete renovation of kitchens and bathrooms, using materials that complement the properties' style.
Thoughtful furnishing and decoration based on old Athens’ aesthetics and modern travelers' needs.
Upon project completion, LVR DEVELOPMENT also took over the management of the properties, securing high returns in short-term rentals. This renovation serves as a prime example of the harmonious coexistence of past and present, highlighting the authenticity of the area.
