Description.
In 2017, the new construction of the Sunny View Hotel in Kardamena, Kos, was completed. This project was designed from the ground up to meet the needs of a modern tourist facility, combining functionality, aesthetics, and long-term durability.

The study and construction included:
Structural and architectural design for the erection of a building that blends harmoniously with the island landscape.
Use of modern building materials and energy-efficient solutions, emphasizing thermal insulation and resistance to the climatic conditions of the Dodecanese.
Landscaping of the surrounding area with a swimming pool, upgraded communal spaces, and easy access.
Interior construction of the rooms with a minimalist aesthetic, ergonomic design, and natural tones that highlight the building’s character.
