Description.
In the historic alleys of Thiseio, LVR DEVELOPMENT undertook the reinforcement and upgrade of an existing natural masonry building to accommodate two additional floors.

The project included:
Reinforcement of columns with advanced materials to ensure structural adequacy.
Application of glass fiber mesh (FIARPI) and modern techniques to strengthen masonry walls.
Foundation reinforcement and mechanical strengthening of the building to support the new floors.
The project was completed within three months in 2023, ensuring that the structural elements met the new static requirements. The implementation took place in Petralona, with full respect for the area’s morphology and the functionality of the property.
