In the heart of historic Athens, just 200 meters from the sacred rock of the Acropolis, LVR DEVELOPMENT is undertaking an ambitious reconstruction project in collaboration with Aegis Realty. The project involves the full renovation of an existing building on a central street in Thissio, along with the addition of two new steel-framed floors.

Scheduled to commence at the end of 2025, the project will be executed with full respect for the architectural and cultural character of the area. The design retains the structural core of the existing building while enhancing its seismic resilience, and the new floors will be constructed using lightweight, high-performance materials to ensure modern aesthetics and energy efficiency.

The new upper levels will house luxury residences or modern commercial spaces, offering uninterrupted views of the Acropolis and direct access to the vibrant historical center of Athens. This development is part of a broader initiative to revitalize the urban fabric of Thissio and harness the unique potential of the neighborhood for residential and tourism-related use.
