LVR DEVELOPMENT undertook the complete renovation and management of a one-bedroom apartment in Petralona, transforming it into a unique Airbnb experience. The goal was to upgrade the space with a new layout while preserving the retro aesthetic that characterizes the area.

Redesigning the interior layout to optimize functionality and comfort.
Complete renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, incorporating modern touches that harmonize with the retro style.
Installation of new wooden parquet flooring, adding warmth and timelessness to the space.
Preservation of authentic architectural elements, enhancing the apartment's character.
The project was completed within three months in 2023, ensuring that the structural elements met the new static requirements. The implementation took place in Petralona, with full respect for the area’s morphology and the functionality of the property.
